Returns & Exchange Policy

1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Window

At ALL2MART, your complete delight is our top priority. If you receive a damaged piece, incorrect item, or are dissatisfied with your jewelry, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unworn and in its original condition.
• Must include the original packaging, tags, velvet jewelry box, and warranty card.
• Must not show signs of perfume exposure, chemical damage, or alterations.

3. Doorstep Pickup

Once approved, our logistics partner will collect the return package directly from your address. Reverse pickups are free for defective or damaged items.
