Refund Policy

1. Refund Processing Window

Upon receiving the returned jewelry at our fulfillment center and completing the quality inspection, your refund is processed within 24 to 48 hours.

2. Mode of Refund

• Prepaid Orders: Refunded directly to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, NetBanking, or UPI). Funds typically reflect within 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via direct NEFT/IMPS bank transfer or instant UPI to your provided account details.

3. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order anytime before it has been dispatched from our studio by contacting our customer care team.
